Pixel Impact – Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Pixel Impact app by Jakub Kumięga. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Free and Premium content

Levels 1–2 of the campaign and the hangar are free. Pixel Impact Premium unlocks levels 3–5, Survival mode with its leaderboard, and double coins.

Subscription terms

• Pixel Impact Premium is an auto-renewing subscription with a length of 1 month, priced at 9.99 PLN per month (or the equivalent shown in the App Store for your country).
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

Game progress

Progress is stored on your device only. The developer cannot restore progress lost by deleting the app or changing devices. Purchases can be restored with "Restore Purchases" in the app.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect damages arising from its use.
