Motorly („aplikacja”) to aplikacja do zapisywania i analizy kosztów samochodu, rozwijana przez Jakuba Kumięgę. Ta polityka opisuje, co dzieje się z Twoimi danymi.
Twórca aplikacji nie zbiera, nie sprzedaje i nie udostępnia danych osobowych. Aplikacja nie ma kont, analityki, reklam ani śledzenia. Jedyny wyjątek to ceny stacji, które możesz udostępniać innym kierowcom za swoją zgodą (opis niżej). Nie są one powiązane z Twoją tożsamością.
Gdy zapisujesz tankowanie lub ładowanie z wybraną stacją, aplikacja raz pyta, czy udostępniać ceny innym kierowcom. Po zgodzie wysyła do publicznej bazy Apple CloudKit aplikacji: nazwę i położenie stacji, rodzaj paliwa (lub prąd), cenę za litr lub kWh oraz dzień wpisu. Nie wysyła Twojego imienia, adresu e-mail, danych auta, przebiegu ani Twojej lokalizacji. Apple dołącza do zgłoszenia anonimowy identyfikator iCloud, który nie ujawnia Twojej tożsamości; aplikacja używa go tylko po to, by jedna osoba nie miała kilku głosów przy wyliczaniu ceny. Motorly ("the app") is an app for recording and analysing car costs, developed by Jakub Kumięga. This policy explains what happens to your data.
The developer does not collect, sell or share personal data. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The only exception is station prices, which you can share with other drivers with your consent (see below). They are not linked to your identity.
When you save a fill-up or a charge with a selected station, the app asks once whether to share prices with other drivers. With your consent it sends to the app's public Apple CloudKit database: the station name and location, the fuel type (or electricity), the price per litre or kWh and the day of the entry. It does not send your name, email address, car details, mileage or your location. Apple attaches an anonymous iCloud identifier to each report that does not reveal who you are; the app uses it only so that one person cannot cast several votes when the price is calculated. You can withdraw consent in the app's Settings. Reports are visible to other users for 14 days from the entry date. To have earlier reports removed, use the contact page below.
When you pick a station and in "Nearby", the app reads prices from this database for that station or for stations nearby; to do so the station identifier or the approximate search area is sent to Apple CloudKit.
A receipt photo is analysed only on your device (Apple Vision). It is not stored or sent anywhere.
Vehicles, fill-ups, charges, services, costs, reminders, trips and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data unless iCloud sync is turned on.
If you turn on sync in the app's Settings, your data is stored in a private database in your own iCloud account (Apple CloudKit). The developer has no access to it. Deleting data on one device deletes it on all devices signed in to the same iCloud account.
The "Nearby" module uses your location only while searching for fuel stations, dealers and garages. Your location is not stored or sent to the developer. Place and route searches are handled by Apple Maps (MapKit) under Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
