Korzystanie z aplikacji podlega Standardowej Umowie Licencyjnej Użytkownika Końcowego Apple (EULA) oraz poniższym warunkom.

Wersja darmowa i Premium

Bez opłat możesz między innymi odczytać i skasować zapisane kody błędów, zobaczyć ich pilność i krótką instrukcję, sprawdzić gotowość do przeglądu, korzystać z podstawowego zestawu danych na żywo, z wyszukiwarki kodów i z funkcji „Zapytaj AI”, a także zapisywać historię jednego auta (trzy ostatnie odczyty). Premium odblokowuje m.in. kody oczekujące i stałe, warunki w chwili błędu, pełny ranking przyczyn, raport PDF, wszystkie zestawy danych na żywo, wiele aut i pełną historię.

Subskrypcja i zakup jednorazowy

Premium jest dostępne jako subskrypcja odnawiana automatycznie: 14,99 zł miesięcznie albo 79,99 zł rocznie, lub jako zakup jednorazowy 299 zł na zawsze (albo równowartość w Twojej walucie).
Subskrypcja obejmuje funkcje Premium dostępne dziś, nowe funkcje Premium dodawane w przyszłości oraz Premium w aplikacji Motorly tego samego autora. Premium w Motorly działa na urządzeniach z tym samym kontem Apple, na których Cars Scan AI była otwarta przy aktywnej subskrypcji, a na pozostałych przy włączonym pęku kluczy iCloud. Kończy się razem z subskrypcją. Subskrypcja Motorly nie daje Premium w Cars Scan AI.
Zakup na zawsze obejmuje funkcje Premium z wersji 1.0 wymienione wyżej, razem z ich poprawkami i ulepszeniami. Nie obejmuje nowych funkcji Premium dodanych później ani Premium w Motorly.
Do subskrypcji nowi użytkownicy otrzymują pierwszy miesiąc gratis. Po jego zakończeniu subskrypcja przechodzi w płatną, jeśli nie zostanie anulowana co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem okresu darmowego.
Płatność pobierana jest z konta Apple ID przy potwierdzeniu zakupu (w przypadku subskrypcji po okresie darmowym).
Subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie, chyba że zostanie anulowana co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem bieżącego okresu. Opłata za kolejny okres pobierana jest w ciągu 24 godzin przed jego rozpoczęciem.
Subskrypcją zarządzasz i anulujesz ją w Ustawieniach iPhone’a → [Twoje imię] → Subskrypcje.
Zwroty obsługuje Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Charakter aplikacji

Aplikacja pokazuje informacje odczytane z auta przez standardowe złącze OBD‑II oraz ich opis. Opisy kodów, ocena pilności, przyczyny i odpowiedzi zewnętrznych serwisów AI mają charakter orientacyjny, mogą być niepełne lub nie pasować do Twojego auta i nie zastępują diagnozy mechanika.
Zakres odczytu zależy od auta i adaptera. Nie gwarantujemy, że aplikacja odczyta wszystkie dane z każdego auta.
Nie obsługuj aplikacji podczas jazdy. Kody kasuj tylko na postoju. Kasowanie usuwa wyniki testów gotowości do przeglądu i nie usuwa przyczyny usterki.
Decyzje o dalszej jeździe, naprawie i kasowaniu kodów podejmujesz samodzielnie. W zakresie dopuszczalnym przez prawo nie odpowiadamy za szkody wynikające z takich decyzji ani z używania adaptera innego producenta.

Use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the terms below.

Free and Premium

For free you can, among other things, read and clear stored trouble codes, see their urgency and short instructions, check emissions readiness, use the basic live data set, the code search and "Ask AI", and keep the history of one car (its three latest scans). Premium unlocks, among other things, pending and permanent codes, the freeze frame, the full ranking of causes, the PDF report, all live data sets, several cars and the full history.

Subscription and one-time purchase

Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription, PLN 14.99 per month or PLN 79.99 per year, or as a one-time purchase of PLN 299 for life (or the equivalent in your currency).
The subscription includes today's Premium features, new Premium features added in the future and Premium in the Motorly app by the same developer. Motorly Premium works on devices with the same Apple account where Cars Scan AI was opened with an active subscription, and on others with iCloud Keychain turned on. It ends with the subscription. A Motorly subscription does not include Cars Scan AI Premium.
The lifetime purchase covers the Premium features of version 1.0 listed above, with their fixes and improvements. It does not include Premium features added later or Motorly Premium.
New subscribers get the first month free. It converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the free period ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase (for subscriptions, after the free period).
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Nature of the app

The app shows information read from the car through the standard OBD‑II port, with descriptions. Code descriptions, urgency, causes and answers from external AI services are indicative, may be incomplete or not fit your car, and do not replace a mechanic's diagnosis.
What can be read depends on the car and the adapter. We do not guarantee that the app reads all data from every car.
Do not use the app while driving. Clear codes only when the car is stationary. Clearing deletes emissions readiness results and does not remove the cause of a fault.
You make your own decisions about driving on, repairs and clearing codes. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage resulting from such decisions or from the use of a third-party adapter.
